Scott Murray

Scott MurrayChief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Scott has led the opening of our Lehi office. Prior to Collective Health, Scott spent over 15 years at eBay where he oversaw eBay’s customer service platform that enabled ~350 million customer interactions annually and co-led the company’s expansion in Utah. 

Jennifer Jacobs

Jennifer JacobsChief Customer Experience Officer

Jennifer is the Chief Customer Experience Officer and the Site Lead for the Lehi office. She leads our Member Advocates, Claims Processing, Plan Operations, FMP and Care Navigation teams. Jen comes to us with decades of experience leading high-performing teams at eBay and GE Healthcare.
Heather Lopez

Heather LopezVP, Service Operations

As VP, Service Operations, Heather brings her experience from Tesla, Ancestry, and Regence Blue Cross to our Member Services team. She and her team ensure that our people have the resources they need to be ready for any challenge the health system throws their way.
Rex Jensen

Rex JensenSenior Director of Member Services

Rex joined Collective Health to lead our growing teams of Member Advocates and Member Claims Associates in Lehi and San Francisco. Rex’s teams focus on servicing our members and their health plans. Rex has a wealth of experience in operations and process improvement at companies including Vivint Smart Home and General Electric.

Blake Mendenhall

Blake MendenhallSenior Manager, Member Advocacy

Blake joined Collective Health as an Operations Associate in 2020 and is excited to focus on growing and scaling the Member Advocate team in Lehi. As the Member Advocate Manager for the growing Lehi teams, Blake brings management experience from a customer loyalty and customer experience perspective from large Utah based companies.
